本規約は、FollowCue（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは「現状有姿（as is）」で提供されます。特定目的への適合性・正確性・継続提供を保証するものではありません。OCR・音声文字起こし等は端末内処理のため、結果の精度には限界があります。
本アプリのデータは利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。端末の紛失・故障・初期化・アプリの削除等によりデータが失われる場合があります。バックアップは利用者ご自身の責任で行ってください。当方はデータの消失について責任を負いません。
本アプリで作成・送信する文面や、取り込んだ第三者の連絡先情報の取り扱いは、利用者の責任において、適用される法令（個人情報保護を含む）を遵守して行ってください。
本アプリおよび関連コンテンツに関する権利は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者が本アプリ内に入力したデータの権利は利用者に帰属します。
有料機能を提供する場合、購入・支払い・返金は App Store 等の各プラットフォームの規約・手続きに従います。買い切り型を基本とし、提供条件は本アプリ内またはストア上で表示します。
当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能、データの消失、作成された文面の内容や送信結果について、適用法令で許容される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。
本規約は必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後は本ページに掲載します。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、当方所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms govern your use of FollowCue (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or continued availability. OCR and voice transcription run on-device and have accuracy limits.
App data is stored only on your device. Data may be lost through device loss, failure, reset, or app deletion. You are responsible for your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.
You are responsible for how you use messages you create and any third-party contact information you import, and for complying with applicable laws (including data protection).
Rights to the App and related content belong to the developer or rightful owners. Rights to the data you enter in the App remain yours.
Where paid features are offered, purchase, payment, and refunds follow the terms and procedures of the relevant platform (e.g. the App Store). Purchases are primarily one-time; terms are shown in the App or on the store.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for use or inability to use the App, data loss, or the content or outcome of messages created.
We may revise these Terms as needed; changes will be posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
